   In recent years there has been remarkably developed the phenomenon of virtual training or e-learning, facilitated by the development of information and communications technologies, which has resulted in the creation of learning management systems for virtual education using Internet, and the provision of learning materials to students via the Web.
   For best use of the advantages offered by this new form of education, it is necessary to implement mechanisms to ensure the quality of virtual training that ensure that products, processes and services meet the needs of participants of the teaching-learning process: teachers, students and training managers.
   These conferences are intended to share research results and experiences that can help improve the quality and accessibility of this new way of teaching.
